Elanco Neptra is a veterinarian-applied, single-dose treatment for dogs with short-lived or recurrent ear infections (otitis externa) caused by certain bacteria and fungi. It contains florfenicol (an antibiotic), terbinafine (an antifungal), and mometasone (a corticosteroid)
