Cimalgex (Cimicoxib) is a chewable tablet for dogs used to treat pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, and peri-operative pain following orthopaedic or soft tissue surgery. Works by inhibiting the COX-2 enzyme, which reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation.
