ERAVAC is a veterinary vaccine used in rabbits to reduce mortality caused by Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease type 2 (RHDV2). Key points :
- Targets Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease (RHD), a fatal disease in rabbits
- Stimulates the rabbit's immune system to produce antibodies against RHDV2, helping to protect them from the disease
- Given as a single injection under the skin of the side of the chest to rabbits from 30 days of age
- Protection starts one week after vaccination. The duration of immunity is 12 months, and rabbits should be revaccinated annually
