Zulvac 8 Ovis (Inactivated bluetongue virus, serotype 8, strain BTV-8/BEL2006/02 RP* ≥ 1) is an inactivated vaccine used to protect sheep against Bluetongue virus serotype 8 (BTV-8). It is administered via subcutaneous injection and stimulates active immunity in sheep. The vaccine is designed to prevent viraemia (the presence of the virus in the blood) caused by BTV-8 in sheep. Contains inactivated (killed) Bluetongue virus serotype 8.
